Round vibrating screen structure:

Round vibrating screen consists of screen cover,screen frame,vibration motor,damping spring,base and so on. The screen cover is made up of feed inlet and oblique cone,its top is linked to the screen frame, the screen frame is connected by snap ring to the screen frame,there is the gasket between screen frame and screen cover. The screen frame is made of coil steel,its top and bottom all have undertake circle, there is a flange ring in the bottom of internal, which is for fixing screen and pressuring net. Rubber ball plate have two bumps on the steel circle, which is divide the board into three layers. There are some small holes on the plate, when the round vibrating screen is running, the rubber ball beats the sieve to prevent the mesh plug. Vibrating source is consist of vertical type vibrating motor, motor base and the vibrating body.the vertical type vibrating motor has installed in the vibrating base,and it has connected by bolt to the vibrating body,which is connected by damping spring to the base.the vibrating body has connected to the screen frame by clamps. Isolation spring is made up of spring,spring support and spring gasket. There are 12 to 20 isolation springs around the vibrating body. The base is made of steel welding.
